Alongside your line manager and members of the Human Resources team, our confidential Employee Assistance Scheme service, Occupational Health Adviser and staff networks you will also have the opportunity to become a member of one of our recognised Trade unions – Public and Commercial Services (PCS), IPMS/Prospect and First Division Association (FDA).
The three unions work together to negotiate terms and conditions like our pay system and health and safety arrangements. We have full-time union officers working on-site, who can give confidential advice on all work-related issues, and that can represent you if they have problems at work.
